First Confederate National States flag 'Stars and Bars', used in 1861.  This flag was captured by federal forces in Columbia, SC.  This design was not kept because of its close resemblance to the 'Yankee' flag, especially when limp, hanging at mast.

4.25" ceramic coaster with cork backing
6x6" trivet with wood backing
